border skirmish

Selbistad Light regiment are at present on a "training" mission on the Jordvicken boarder, after a little too much wodka they were found to be taking shots at a patrol of light cavelry on our border and offence given is of great distress to our most royal Prince who has taken his name from the regiment, they were known as the royal regiment until this morning. In the hope our small nation did not give offence, we give our gravest apology

Most honourably yours

Minister of War

Peator Von Haxbistein

Fortunately, the troops fired upon were not those of the Principality of Saxe-Bearstein . . . indeed, I do not believe that we share any borders . . . but surely the ire of the Prince should go a long way toward preventing any further such occurances.

No I suspect that these men fired on some Boyardvinians or Burtzenians, but therein lies the confusion.

Where exactly is the Principality of Jordvicken?

Could it be much closer to the Norden realms?

Hello Betts-Davittovich!

Was the Selbistad Light regiment the unit of a "those new jager trained chaps" your mentioned in your previous post? Somehow doubtful with its (former) Princely title?

BTW I toyed with the 'color permutation' utility of GraphicConvertor, specially using the 'Grassin' as a guinea pig. Some results are... interesting (¿?). I'll post them on my blog in a few days (I'm waiting for the report from Tipplebruder to be published to update 'Monte-Cristo'). If one of these variants suits you I can send it to you by e-mail as an attached doc., so that you can post it instead of the 'historical' Grassin: the Principality of Jordvicken deserves its own original, uniforms!

Looking forward to read you again here,

cheers,

Jean-Louis
